# Store Manager

Remote | Fashion eCommerce & Dropshipping | Part-time / Full-time Growth Opportunity

We run a fast-growing fashion dropshipping store and are looking for an experienced and reliable **Store Manager** to help manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

Right now, the company is growing fast and we need someone who is ready to step in immediately, bring structure, improve systems, and fix operational problems before they become bigger issues. This is not a passive role — we need someone who can take ownership, spot inefficiencies, and help build a more organized and scalable operation.

This role is for someone who understands how fashion eCommerce works behind the scenes — customer support, supplier communication, refunds, disputes, order management, and keeping operations running smoothly at scale.

You will work directly with the founder and play a major role in helping us build and improve our systems as the business grows.

I also want someone I can learn from — not just someone to complete tasks. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience working with or managing Shopify stores that have already scaled to multiple 6 figures or beyond.

This starts as a core operations role, but the right person can grow into a full Operations Manager position as the company scales. We value people who take ownership, improve systems, and solve problems without needing constant supervision.

## What We're Looking For

You’ve worked in eCommerce before — ideally in fashion dropshipping — and understand the common issues that come with it: supplier delays, long shipping times, refunds, disputes, angry customers, and operational pressure.

You know how to stay organized, communicate professionally, and keep everything under control even during busy periods.

• Experience managing Shopify stores
• Experience working with stores that have generated multiple 6 figures in revenue or more
• Experience using Whop and Whop Payments
• Ability to process refunds, disputes, cancellations, and payment-related issues inside Whop
• Experience managing customer support and handling difficult customer situations
• Experience communicating with suppliers regarding fulfillment, delays, and inventory
• Comfortable using Slack for daily communication and team coordination
• Strong written English with professional communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Someone who can improve structure, workflows, and operational systems instead of only following tasks
• Must be active and available during supplier working hours/timezones (primarily China) to ensure fast communication and issue resolution
• Someone with enough operational experience that they can also bring ideas, guidance, and improvements to the business

Spoken English is a plus.

## What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Handle customer support inquiries, refunds, tracking issues, and complaints
• Process refunds and payment issues through Whop Payments
• Manage subscriptions, customer access, and orders inside Whop
• Communicate with suppliers about order fulfillment and shipping updates
• Coordinate with suppliers during China business hours for faster operations and problem-solving
• Identify operational problems and help create better systems and workflows
• Improve organization, structure, and efficiency inside the business
• Track operational issues and help improve workflows and SOPs
• Maintain fast and professional communication with both customers and tea ---------- mbers
• Stay active and reachable on Slack during working hours and join team calls when needed

## Requirements

• Previous experience in Shopify eCommerce operations
• Previous experience using Whop is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using Slack daily for communication and updates
• Available consistently and reliable during working hours
• Able to work around supplier timezones when needed
• Not currently overloaded with other full-time commitments
• Able to start relatively soon
• Self-motivated and proactive
