Build a Web App for the moving industry in Germany

A Web Appclication not a native APP!. So essentially, it's a webpage where users would create an account to upload their pictures and information. You'd then get moving companies to create an account, too, so they could look at the customer requests(the requests must be related to the moving company like: the request if from chicago so only moving companys from chicago will get this request). That means we need a desktop version with Admin panel too (feel free to put in your creative mind)

Most importan functions Web App this not count for the Desktop version:

-First 2 Sites, Client put in his Information like adress and so on

- After tipping in the information is done, its going to open a menu with few options, here he can choose in which room he want to take the first pictures.

-IMPORTANT feature: After taking a picture, the client can tip anywhere on this picture to open a text feld to describe something on this picture. (options given = delete/ make a new one/ or press upload)

-After everything is done the client can send press upload(or maybe every step uploads automatically?you should give here the best advice)

I would prefer someone who can do this in Meteor. Its i think the best in servicing and changing things after everything is done. Someone also who brings in his ideas to make it more smooth and user friendly would be a plus.
