We are a mental healthcare support organization seeking a professional and articulate Telecaller to handle client communication and administrative support, with the potential to grow into a team lead role managing end-to-end operations.
Shifts:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
(Shift timings may vary on weekends and are subject to change based on operational requirements)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Key Responsibilities
-Contact US-based clients to verify Medicaid insurance details.
-Handle primarily outbound calls, along with inbound client calls, effectively.
-Convert qualified leads into active clients.
-Maintain and update records in Google Sheets.
-Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
-Grow into a Team Lead role managing end-to-end inbound and outbound operations based on performance.
-Knowledge of Google Sheets formulas / Apps Script is a plus.
Requirements
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Able to manage both calling tasks and administrative duties.
-Comfortable working the specified EST shifts (with flexibility as timings may vary).
-Proficiency with AI tools — specifically Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar AI-powered tools — with the ability to explain how you have used them in practice.
-Proactive approach to technology adoption and process improvement.
-Leadership potential with the ability to independently manage inbound and outbound operations.
