E-commerce Virtual Assistant ( Shopify, TikTok, Orders & Customer Support)

We are building a fast-growing skincare brand called Boos Body Butter, focused on clean, unisex body care products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and support business growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

-Manage Shopify store (product uploads, updates, order tracking)
-Process and fulfill orders (CJ Dropshipping or supplier coordination if needed)
-Respond to customer emails/messages (basic support)
-Assist with TikTok content posting (upload videos, captions, hashtags)
-Product research (trending skincare/body care products)
-Basic data entry and organization
-Monitor orders, inventory, and shipping updates

Requirements:

-Experience with Shopify (REQUIRED)
-Familiar with TikTok or social media posting
-Good English communication
-Reliable internet and fast response time
-Organized and able to follow instructions
-Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce is a PLUS
