i have a range of different internet businesses and i require a virtual assistant to help me to operate the daily tasks of these businesses. i also need someone with great SEO skills, Traffic geyser knowledge (and preferably firepower), Wordpress, Video creation and editing, article writing etc.
Our sites include:
a) a website selling computer ram (you would be handing the day to day administration of this site - answering customer queries, processing orders, reviewing competitors prices etc)
b) a holiday accommodation service (you would be handing the day to day administration of this site - answering customer queries, processing booking requests, updating booking calendars (we have 3 of them!), etc)
c) an internet marketing business - so we do SEO and video marketing for clients - we already have an SEO manager, so you could be working with him on some SEO work - but most of your work would be video marketing and traffic geyser.
This is what you need:
1. Excellent English - because you will be posting content and reponding to customer service emails, you MUST have excellent English skills. You MUSt be able to write like a native English speaker. We want all our customers to think that anything written by you has been written by an Australian (yep - we are in Australia!).
2. Excellent Organisational & Time Management Skills - you need to be able to handle a range of diverse work across a number of different businesses. You need to be able to work quickly and to a high standard. You will even need to organise me and keep me on track sometimes!
3. SEO Experience - you must understand and be able to perform basic SEO tasks.
4. Article writing, blog posting etc. You must know how to write quality content - not just any old rubbish with a link in it.
5. Traffic Geyser - we have just started using Traffic Geyser strategies for our various businesses and for our clients businesses (we also provide internet marketing services). You need to be experienced at using this system - and you may need to teach me some things!
6. Video creation - because we are going to be video marketing, we need to have good looking videos created for us and our clients. We will need you to suggest ideas, find images, write a script (with input from me as required), find music, tell me what YOU need to create a great marketing video, record it and edit it. This is NOT my area of expertise, so i will need you to take the lead on this area of work.
7. Research skills - such as reviewing competitors, keyword research (preferably), article research etc.
8. Initiative - I am really looking for someone who can grow in this position and will take the leading role in many of these areas. You may even end up with a team of virtual assistants that you are Managing for me! You need to be engaged, active and thinking about marketing opportunities for you to explore for us. If you can only work with day to day supervision and direction, then this probably isnt the job for you.
9. Wordpress skills - including installing, setting up, templates, as well as posting and SEO work
10. Bonus Skills - you DO NOT NEED these skills for this job (so please apply even if you dont have any of these skills), but if you have them, it will be a bonus for us.
