Real Estate Sales & Lead Generation Assistant

Australian Real Estate Experience Required (only apply if you have previous experience with Australian Real Estate Company)

We are an established Sydney-based real estate agency seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Assistant to support our sales team with prospecting, database management, and new business generation.

The primary focus of this role is lead generation, database control, and client nurturing to help grow both our sales listings and property management portfolio.

Applicants must have prior experience working with Australian real estate agencies and systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential vendors, buyers, landlords and investors
• Maintain and manage the agency CRM database
• Generate new business leads for both Sales and Property Management
• Conduct follow-up calls with buyers, vendors and database contacts
• Nurture relationships with potential clients and maintain regular contact
• Track and record all prospecting activity in the CRM system
• Research potential listing opportunities
• Support agents with database management and pipeline tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients when required

Required Experience
