JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time VA to help manage the day to day operation of my law practice.

Primary tasks would include:
-Content writing
-Social Media Management
-Answering phone and taking messages
-Returning calls and setting up meetings in google calendar
-Setting up case files online (mostly data entry)

Helpful skills/experience
-Clio case management software
-Ring Central call management system
-Google calendar
-Google drive
-Law firm experience
-Blog writing
-Social media management

The best traits to have for this job would be flexibility and the ability to work somewhat independently. I don't tend to micromanage, and my goal would be to find a full time person that I trust for a long period of time. In return, I would provide the same flexbility in regards to time off, vacation, etc.
