VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / DIGITAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (REMOTE)

I am hiring a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support my business across content, systems, and client communication.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in digital business operations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

Building and managing funnels from start to finish using GoHighLevel
Setting up automations, workflows, pipelines, and CRM organization
Creating landing pages, opt-ins, and sales pages
Designing graphics for content, offers, and promotions using Canva
Assisting with email marketing campaigns and sequences
Creating presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Word)
Supporting content execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Handling general administrative and operational tasks as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

You must have:

Strong experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM)
Experience building and structuring funnels
Proficiency in Canva (graphics, layouts, branding)
Basic to intermediate CapCut editing skills
Understanding of social media platforms and content flow
Experience with email marketing and campaign setup
Strong written English and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and execute without constant supervision
