As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our operations and team to support more customers and maintain a high level of service.
. Book and manage shipments across all carrier networks (TNT, CouriersPlease, Allied Express, etc.)
. Handle customer enquiries, delivery updates, and resolve issues in a timely manner
. Monitor and manage the company inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly
. Support sales efforts through consistent follow-ups, CRM updates, and meeting coordination
. Assist with invoicing by reviewing carrier charges and identifying discrepancies
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and customer records
. Provide daily operational updates, including shipments, issues, and follow-ups
. Proactively follow up with customers to check in, maintain relationships, and ensure satisfaction
