Head of Growth – High-Ticket B2B Financial Services (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are looking for a Head of Growth to own our lead generation and client acquisition strategy end to end.

The Role
This is not just a task execution role. We want a strategic growth leader who will identify opportunities, build the plan, execute it and report on what is working. You will be the driving force behind how Simic Financial attracts and converts new clients.
Your job is simple in concept and difficult in practice: generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads from Australian businesses doing $1M to $50M in revenue that need Virtual CFO Advisory, bookkeeping or M&A support.
You will have direct access to the founder and the autonomy to move fast. We are open to full-time or part-time depending on the right candidate, and we will pay accordingly. This is a generous base plus commission structure designed to reward someone who delivers.


What You Will Own
Overall growth strategy and execution across all channels
- Meta/Facebook advertising (campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, optimisation and reporting)
- LinkedIn specialist campaigns (organic content strategy, outreach sequences, paid campaigns, audience building)
- Audience growth across all platforms to build long-term brand authority in the Australian SME market
- Event strategy (webinars, roundtables, partnerships, in-person events) to generate warm leads and referral opportunities
- Funnel performance (landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture sequences, conversion rate optimisation)
- Referral partner channel development and activation
- Cold Calling if we determine that to be the right move?
- Email Campaign management to grow a database of engaged potential leads
Any other channel or tactic you believe will move the needle. We want someone who brings ideas, not just follows a playbook.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience generating leads and revenue for high-ticket B2B services. Ideally in financial services, consulting, coaching businesses or other high-value subscription/retainer models.
- Deep understanding of how business owners in the $1M to $50M range think, buy and make decisions. You know that selling a $5,000+ per month service is fundamentally different from selling a product.
- Strong paid media skills, particularly Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
- Experience building and managing outbound campaigns on LinkedIn (organic and paid).
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally. You can develop the plan and also do the work.
- Comfort working autonomously with minimal oversight. You push, you test, you report, you iterate.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You will be creating or directing content, outreach messages and ad copy targeting senior Australian business owners.
- Data-driven mindset. You track everything, know your numbers and make decisions based on performance.

Bonus Points

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
Copywriting ability for ads, landing pages and email sequences
Experience marketing to Australian or similar Western B2B markets
Understanding of financial services, accounting or advisory businesses
Video or creative production skills for ad content (not essential as we have a video editor, but knowing what looks good and what will convert will be a helpful skill)

Compensation
We will pay a strong base rate for the right person, well above market for the Philippines. On top of that, we offer a generous commission structure tied to leads generated and clients acquired. If you perform, you will be compensated highly. This is a role where the upside is real.

Full-time or part-time. We are flexible on structure for the right candidate.
