JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time remote assistant to help manage daily operations, marketing tasks, and website updates for a fast-paced hospitality and events business based in New York.

This is not a basic VA role — we are looking for someone who can take ownership, complete tasks independently, and deliver results without constant supervision.

You must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (New York hours).

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Must work EST hours (New York time)
Some flexibility required depending on business needs
Responsibilities
Update and manage our website using WordPress
Create graphics for social media, ads, and promotions (using Canva or Adobe Photoshop)
Upload and manage event listings and ticketing
Organize and track leads using Google Sheets
Data entry and administrative tasks
Write and respond to emails professionally
Make phone calls to clients when needed
Assist with various day-to-day business tasks

Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Experience with WordPress (required)
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks quickly
Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients
Reliable internet and work setup

Full-time position
Salary based on experience ($1,200 – $2,000/month)
