JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a graphic designer with experience in DTC performance creatives.

Your role is to create high-converting static ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

This is performance-driven work. Not just “nice design” — you need to understand what actually converts.

What You Need to Understand:

Hooks, angles, and offers
How to stop the scroll
Clear communication of product benefits
The difference between design that looks good vs. converts

Requirements:

Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands
Strong portfolio of Meta static ads
Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals
Ability to create multiple variations per concept
Fast execution

IMPORTANT (Must Apply With):

Links to brands you’ve worked with in the past 2 years
Examples of ads you created for those brands

No portfolio = no response.

What You’ll Do:

Create static ad concepts for Meta
Adapt creatives across placements (Feed, Stories, Reels)
Work from provided angles, hooks, and references
Iterate quickly based on performance

Compensation:

$20 per concept (3 creatives)
+$10 bonus if your concept hits KPI within 7 days
+$50 bonus when the ad reaches $2,500 spend

Hours:
Flexible / Project-based (long-term potential)
