We’re looking for a Philippines-based assistant who is already excellent at B2B cold outreach.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has personally built prospect lists, run cold
You’re a fit if you’ve:
Done cold outreach to CXOs, founders, VPs, directors, or other senior decision-makers in US, UK, EU, or similar markets. You understand how to find the right accounts, identify the right buyers, write relevant personalized outreach, manage follow-ups, and track what is actually working.
What you’d do:
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Research companies and decision-makers. Write and send cold
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with B2B cold
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven results reaching CXO, founder, VP, or senior decision-maker audiences.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting results clearly.
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, Clay, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar.
You must be able to show proof of your work, such as:
- Redacted campaign screenshots.
- Past reply rates, positive reply rates, meetings booked, or conversion results.
- Examples of cold
- Examples of lead lists or targeting criteria you built.
- References, case studies, or client/employer results.
Please do not apply if you have only done basic data entry, VA work, or generic LinkedIn messaging without measurable outreach results.
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers.
- Outreach to insurance, finance, SaaS, BPO, or operations leaders.
