We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the financial health of our business. This is more than just a numbers job — it's an opportunity to make a real impact, grow with a supportive company, and build something meaningful.

What You'll Own
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable — vendor invoices, purchase orders, payment processing, expense reporting, billing disputes, and vendor relations
• Full-cycle Accounts Receivable — invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliation, credit checks, collections, and credit management
• Weekly Cash Flow Management based on AP/AR activity
• Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly admin and financial reports
• Supporting the development of internal controls, policies, and procedures
• General administrative support to keep operations running seamlessly

What You Bring
• 5+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR focus strongly preferred)
• QuickBooks proficiency — this is a must
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Internet savvy and comfortable in a digital-first environment

• Excellent communication skills — both written (email) and verbal (phone)
• Background in distribution or import/export is a bonus
• A sharp, analytical mind with solid math skills
• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-moving environment
