I run Totality, a volleyball brand that works with volleyball teams, clubs, schools, and organizations on custom jerseys. We work with a production partner who handles artwork, samples, manufacturing, and shipping.
Your role will be to handle the front-end sales process: finding leads, reaching out, following up, qualifying interest, discussing pricing, and updating our CRM. Once a lead is serious and aligned on price, you will hand it off to me for final review and submission to our production partner.
This is a remote, part-time role to start, with the possibility of becoming a long-term position for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Use our existing CRM to work through current leads first
Reach out to schools, clubs, and volleyball teams by
Follow up with leads that do not respond
Qualify interested teams by learning:
how many teams they have
estimated jersey quantity
timeline / deadline
budget sensitivity
whether they want a sample
current supplier, if any
Discuss pricing and keep notes organized
Collect basic design direction:
logos
colors
inspiration images
style preferences
Keep the CRM updated at every phase
Once current CRM leads are used up, begin finding and sourcing new leads on your own
Hand off qualified, price-aligned deals to me

How the Role Works
You will start by using our current CRM and following our process. Early stages are mostly CRM-based: entering leads, logging outreach, setting follow-up dates, and tracking status.
Once pricing becomes real, you will help move deals into quote, sample, approval, and handoff stages. Your main goal is to bring in qualified jersey leads that are serious, price-aligned, and ready for the next step.
What Success Looks Like
A good handoff to me includes:
- school/club name
- contact name

- phone
- estimated quantity
- agreed or discussed price range
- timeline
- sample request status
- design notes / branding direction
- clear note that the lead is serious and ready for next step
Compensation
Hourly pay: $3/hour
Bonus per completed sale: $50+
