Looking for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant/ virtual assistant in Personal Injury Law. Someone who has managed personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring compliance with deadlines, drafting demand letters, preparing legal documents, and coordinating medical records. You will work closely with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases, and support attorneys in negotiations and trial preparation, organizing exhibits and witness schedules.
