Mobile App Publishing VA (App Store & Google Play)

The Publishing VA is responsible for managing the full end?to?end app publishing workflow for the studio’s app e osystem across Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console. This includes uploading new builds, preparing metadata, adding screenshots and store assets, setting categories and age ratings, managing versioning, and ensuring all listings follow the studio’s standardized templates. The role requires daily monitoring of review queues, responding to rejections, fixing compliance issues, and resubmitting apps quickly to maintain uptime and revenue flow. The Publishing VA also performs quality checks on builds, verifies screenshots and links, maintains a clean publishing tracker, and provides weekly status updates. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English, reliability, and the ability to follow structured SOPs while handling high?volume publishing in a fast, engine?based environment.
