JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist who doesn’t just “run ads” but consistently delivers measurable growth, profitable ROAS, and scalable systems.

What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Build and test full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, retargeting)
Analyze performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Create structured testing frameworks (creatives, audiences, offers)
Work closely with the team on ad creatives, copy, and landing page insights
Track and report performance clearly (daily/weekly)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing Meta Ads at scale
Strong understanding of:
Audience targeting & segmentation
Creative testing strategies
Conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI, events)
Ability to turn data into decisions, not just reports
Clear communication and structured thinking
Non-Negotiable Requirements

You must provide:

At least 2–3 case studies with:
Ad spend
Results (ROAS, CPA, revenue, etc.)
Industry/niche
What you specifically did to achieve the results
Screenshots or proof (Ads Manager, dashboards, etc.)
Bonus If You Have
Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or info products
Strong creative direction skills (you know what makes ads convert)
Experience scaling accounts beyond $10k+ monthly spend
Compensation
Open to:
