**Compensation:**

* Organize content (videos, ideas, files)
* Turn ideas into simple, clear content scripts
* Maintain a structured content system
* Edit short-form videos
* Schedule and post content consistently
* Repurpose content across platforms
* Maintain a content calendar

**Content Workflow:**
* Receive ideas and direction from the business owner
* Convert ideas into short, easy-to-follow scripts
* Keep scripts simple, clear, and organized
* Track all content (idea ? script ? recorded ? posted)
* Ensure consistent posting schedule

**Team Structure:**
* Report directly to the Executive Assistant
* Receive tasks and priorities from the Executive Assistant
* Provide daily or weekly updates on content progress

**Requirements:**
* Strong English communication
* Basic video editing skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Creative and detail-oriented
* Ability to follow direction
