AI-Native (Claude) Designer: Brand, Digital & Marketing Assets

We're a multi-brand operation building across fashion, consumer goods, and digital products. We need a designer who works natively with AI - specifically Claude - to produce high-quality creative output fast.
This isn't a "use AI to speed up your existing workflow" role. We want someone who thinks in prompts, iterates in artifacts, and knows how to get genuinely good design out of Claude rather than generic output. You understand that the quality of what Claude produces is directly tied to the quality of how you direct it.

What You'll Be Doing

Email templates: marketing, transactional, promotional
Social media graphics and post layouts across multiple brands
Website mockups and landing page designs (HTML prototypes welcome)
Brand assets: logos, colour systems, type pairings, style guides
Ad creatives and campaign visuals
Pitch decks and presentation design
Packaging concepts and product visual direction
AI image prompt writing for tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, or Flux
Operational design: templates, documents, internal assets

What We're Looking For
Strong design eye: you know what looks good and why
Hands-on experience using Claude to produce real design output (not just copy)
Ability to write prompts that produce precise, brand-consistent results
Proficiency with a design tool - Figma, Adobe, Canva Pro, or equivalent
Understanding of basic HTML/CSS is a plus (Claude-generated artifacts need reviewing)
Can work across multiple brand identities without blending them together
Fast turnaround, minimal back-and-forth, proactive communication

You're the Right Person If...

You've already been using Claude (or similar) as a core part of your design process
You can look at a brand and immediately understand its rules
You're detail-oriented enough to catch when an AI output is 90% right but not yet there
You treat AI as a tool that needs directing, not a replacement for taste

You've never used Claude for design work
You rely entirely on templates without adapting them
"Close enough" is acceptable to you
