We're producing short-form animations for an original IP character and need an animator who uses AI video generation as their medium. not as a shortcut, but as a craft.
This role is about quality and consistency. Our character has a specific look, feel, and personality. Your job is to make sure every frame honours that across shots, across scenes, across formats.
If you're the type of person who notices when a character's eyes are slightly off between two clips, or when the motion feels wrong for the emotion you're who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
Generating AI video sequences using tools like Kling, Runway, Seedance, Pika, or equivalent
Maintaining strict visual and personality consistency for an IP character across all outputs
Editing and assembling multi-shot sequences into polished short-form animations
Iterating on generations until the output genuinely looks right — not just close enough
Working with scripts and storyboards to translate intent into motion
Flagging when a direction won't work and proposing a better approach
What We're Looking For
A strong eye: you can tell when something is off and you know how to fix it
Proven experience generating consistent AI video with the same character across multiple shots
Proficiency with at least one major AI video generation platform (Kling, Runway, Seedance, Hailuo, etc.)
Clean, confident video editing (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, CapCut whatever your tool is)
Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
Fast iteration speed without sacrificing output quality
Good communication you update proactively, not when chased
This Role Is NOT For You If...
You think "good enough" is acceptable
You've never generated a character more than once
You can't show us examples of consistent multi-shot AI animation
To Apply
Send us:
Portfolio or showreel: specifically AI-generated video work (mandatory)
Examples showing the same character across multiple shots or scenes (strong preference)
Your primary tools and how long you've been using them
A 30-second finished video: what's your realistic turnaround?
Your rate (hourly or per project)
No portfolio = no review. No exceptions.
