About Us
We are Firm Five, a fast-growing accounting and financial operations firm based in Canada. We work with eCommerce, CPG, and service-based businesses doing $2M–$50M in revenue. Our focus is clean financials, monthly reporting, and helping founders make better decisions. We are now building a referral partner engine, and that’s where you come in.

The Role (Very Important – Read Carefully)

This is NOT a traditional sales role.

You are NOT selling services directly to business owners.

Your job is to:

Build relationships with referral partners
(Accountants, CPAs, fractional CFOs, tax firms, agencies)

These partners already have clients who need help — they just don’t service bookkeeping / financial ops themselves.
We become their trusted partner.

Your Responsibilities:
-Use LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) to find ideal referral partners
-Send connection requests and short messages
-Start conversations (not aggressive selling)
-Identify partners open to collaboration
-Book calls on our founder’s calendar (Michael)
-Track all activity in a simple tracker

Who You Will Target

-CPAs / Accountants
-Fractional CFOs
-Tax firms
-Bookkeeping firms (that don’t handle complex work)
-eCommerce agencies

What Success Looks Like

*30–60 outbound messages per day (stay within Linkedin limits)
*5–10 conversations started per day
*1–2 qualified calls booked per day

This role is about execution, not strategy.

Requirements

-Strong written English (very important)
-Experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
-Organized and consistent
-Comfortable following scripts and processes
-Reliable internet and ability to work daily

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in accounting, finance, or B2B outreach

Compensation

Part-time role (4 hours per day)
Monthly salary: ?50,000 – ?70,000 PHP (based on experience)
Performance bonuses (after probation is passed):
Per qualified call booked
Bonus for deals closed from your outreach
