Sales & Customer Support Associate (Clothing & Accessories Brand)

We’re a clothing and accessories brand, and we’re looking for someone friendly, confident, and genuinely excited to talk to customers every day.

If you enjoy conversations, love fashion, and don’t mind a bit of selling (in a natural, helpful way), this might be a great fit for you.

What your day will look like:
- Talking to customers through phone and email
- Helping people find what they need and answering their questions
- Building real connections and making sure customers feel taken care of
- Assisting with orders and making the buying process smooth and easy
- Sharing our products in a confident, helpful way (not pushy sales)

What we’re hoping for:
- Good communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Some sales experience is a plus, but what matters more is your ability to connect and persuade naturally
- Someone reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
- A genuine interest in fashion or lifestyle products is a big plus

Work setup:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work-from-home
- You’ll need a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace where you can focus
