JOB OVERVIEW

I run a lead generation agency for commercial cleaning / janitorial companies, and I am hiring an experienced B2B cold caller / appointment setter.

This is not a general VA, admin, or customer service role. This is a sales-heavy outbound calling role.

You will be calling direct lines of decision makers such as property managers, facility managers, office managers, operations managers, business owners, medical offices, churches, schools, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

The goal is to book walkthroughs, quote calls, or cleaning service appointments for commercial cleaning companies.

Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls using our dialer/CRM
- Call direct decision-maker numbers
- Open conversations naturally and confidently
- Handle objections like “send me info,” “we already have someone,” and “not interested”
- Qualify prospects
- Book walkthroughs or quote calls
- Leave detailed notes after every call
- Provide daily updates and call summaries
- Follow the script but also be able to think and sell naturally

Requirements:
- Must have B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience
- Must have sales experience, not just customer service experience
- Must be comfortable making calls during 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time
- Must be able to use our dialer/CRM
- Must allow call recording for quality review
- Must send a voice sample or previous call recording
- Must have strong English and a confident phone voice
- Must be reliable and communicate clearly every day

Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, property management, real estate, roofing, solar, insurance, merchant services, or other B2B sales roles is a plus.
