Virtual Sales Representative - US Market

We are a growing US-based Tax and Accounting firm looking for a results-driven Virtual Sales Representative based in the Philippines.

Job Title: Virtual Sales Representative - US Market - Remote
Salary: $400 - $650 (USD) per month (Freshers Welcome to Apply)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Shift: US (EST - 9 am to 6 pm)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
1. Drive Growth: Proactively reach out to leads via outbound calling to introduce our expert tax and accounting services.
2. Qualify & Convert: Conduct discovery calls to identify business pain points (e.g., high tax bills, messy books) and effectively pitch our solutions.
3. Master the Close: Guide prospective clients through the on-boarding process and turn "interested" leads into signed contracts.
4. CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed notes.
5. Stay Sharp: Learn the basics of the US tax landscape (training provided) to speak authoritatively with business owners and CEOs.

Who We Are Looking For
1. The Closer: You have 1+ years of experience in B2C outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing (US-based experience preferred).
2. The Communicator: Your English is near-native, both written and spoken. You can hold professional, high-level conversations with American business owners.
3. The Problem Solver: You don’t just read a script; you listen to the lead and adapt your pitch to solve their specific problems.
4. The Pro: You have a reliable home office setup (high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and power backup) and are comfortable working US business hours (EST).
