JOB OVERVIEW

Most people who apply for this job won't survive the application.

We're not looking for someone who "knows social media." We're looking for someone who understands SEO, writes hooks that stop the scroll, creates visuals that pop, and treats every single post like it's supposed to rank, convert, and dominate.
If you've never written a YouTube title with a keyword and a hook in the same sentence, this isn't for you. If you think Canva templates are "good enough," this isn't for you. If you need someone to tell you what to post every morning, this definitely isn't for you.

Still here? Good. Prove it.

The Application Challenge
Don't send us a resume. Send us proof you can actually do this job. Answer every single one of these:

1. Read This First. All Of It.

Before you answer anything else, read this document top to bottom. This is exactly what this role looks like day to day. If you read it and you're not fired up, stop here. If you read it and think "I was born for this" - keep going.

----------

Tell us: after reading that, are you ready to be this person? Why?

2. YouTube SEO + Hook Writing (Google Local Service Ads)

We're posting a YouTube video about Google Local Service Ads. The money keyword is "google local service ads." We want an Alex Hormozi-style hook that makes people stop scrolling and click.

Give us 2 YouTube titles that nail the keyword AND the hook.

3. YouTube SEO + Hook Writing (Client Niche)

We're making a video for a roofing client. The keyword we need to hit is "roofer in Waldorf MD." Same deal - we need a title that ranks AND hooks.

Give us 2 YouTube titles that nail the keyword AND the hook.

4. Graphic Design Challenge - Roofing

Design us a scroll-stopping graphic for a roofing company social media post. This is NOT a Canva template with a stock photo slapped on it. We want something that pops. Bold. Clean. Looks like a real brand made it. Show us what you can actually create.

Send us the finished image.

5. Graphic Design Challenge - Google Local Service Ads

Design us a scroll-stopping graphic about Google Local Service Ads for a home service business audience. Same rules - no lazy Canva templates. This needs to grab attention in a feed full of noise.

Send us the finished image.

6. Social Media Scheduling Experience

Have you ever used a social media scheduler? Which ones? How did you manage high-volume posting (8 to 14 posts per day across multiple accounts)?

Tell us your exact process.

7. The Learning Question

If we buy you a course on content strategy, or paid ads, are you willing to learn it on your own time - outside of work hours - because you actually want to get better?

Yes or no. Then tell us why.

If this feels like a lot, it is.

We don't want 50 applicants. We want the ONE person who looks at this and thinks "finally, someone who actually cares about the work."

That's who we hire.
