Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | U.S. Hours (Required)

We are not looking for someone to “post content".
We’re looking for someone who can create, execute, and own results.
This is not only a social media position it is for administrative tasks as well.

About the Role

US Power Solar is a fast-growing U.S. company, and we’re building a high-performance marketing engine.

We need a top-tier Virtual Assistant who can take full ownership of:

Content creation
Social media execution
Marketing support systems
Administrative Tasks

This is a high-impact role, not task-based work.

What You’ll Own
Design scroll-stopping, high-converting content (Instagram, TikTok, ads)
Plan and manage content calendars + posting schedules
Execute campaigns inside Go High Level (GHL) (must be confident using it)
Support sales & canvassing teams
Track appointments, updates, and internal workflows
Post blogs and update website (WordPress)
Keep everything organized, consistent, and on-brand

You are responsible for execution and quality

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Proven experience managing social media accounts
Ability to work independently without constant direction
Strong English communication
High attention to detail and organization
