2. Support social media execution and engagement

This is a results-driven role. You will:

* Build client-ready travel proposals in TravelJoy
* Ensure fast turnaround (24–48 hours)
* Maintain a consistent social media presence that supports lead generation and brand growth

???? Core Responsibilities

?? Travel Proposal Creation (Primary Priority)

* Create custom travel proposals in TravelJoy
* Provide 3 curated options per client request
* Deliver within 24–48 hours (non-negotiable)
* Research:
* Resorts (luxury, all-inclusive, adults-only, family)
* Cruises, packages, excursions
* Accurately input pricing, inclusions, and details
* Follow company templates, tone, and quality standards
* Revise proposals quickly based on feedback

???? Social Media Management (Secondary Role)

* Schedule and post content on:
* Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
* Assist with:
* Caption writing (conversational, engaging, on-brand)
* Basic Canva graphics (clean, professional)
* Monitor comments and DMs (flag leads or respond using templates)
* Track engagement and report basic metrics weekly

? Requirements

* Strong research and attention to detail
* Excellent written English (client-ready tone)
* Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
* Consistent availability and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience with social media posting and basic content creation
* Organized, proactive, and responsive

* Experience with TravelJoy or similar tools
* Prior travel agency or itinerary-building experience
* Familiarity with Canva
* Experience supporting lead generation or client communication
