We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist to join our team for MagendaMD, a medical scheduling, EHR, and billing platform focused on Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault workflows.
LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities:
Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot issues
Assist medical offices with platform navigation and workflow questions
Identify bugs and report issues clearly to the development team
Follow up with users to confirm issues are resolved
Help test new features and updates before release
Escalate urgent issues when needed
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Ability to learn software systems quickly
Ability to explain technical issues in a simple way
Experience with customer support or technical support
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection and availability during work hours
