Remote Healthcare Recruiter
Targeted Assignment: Healthcare Marketing Liaison Search
Senior Pro Services LLC is a California-based Home Health and Private Duty agency serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking a remote recruiter to assist with a very specific assignment: identifying qualified candidates for a Healthcare Marketing Liaison / Community Referral Partner position.
The person we are trying to hire is not a digital marketer, social media marketer, or virtual assistant. This is a field-based healthcare referral role located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Healthcare Marketing Liaison will work as a 1099 independent contractor and will be responsible for building referral relationships in the local healthcare community.
The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Bay Area and able to conduct in-person visits to:
• Hospitals and discharge planners
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Rehabilitation centers
• Physician offices
• Case managers and care coordinators
• Fiduciaries and community referral sources
• Workers’ Compensation contacts, when applicable
The role is designed to generate new patient and client referrals for:
• Private Duty Home Care
• Home Health clinical services
• Post-discharge support
• Dementia and specialty care
• Workers’ Compensation cases, where appropriate
The recruiter’s task is to help identify candidates who already have healthcare marketing, home health liaison, hospice liaison, healthcare sales, or referral development experience in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is a targeted sourcing assignment only. The recruiter will help locate and screen potential candidates, but Senior Pro Services will make the final hiring decision.
Recruiter Responsibilities
The recruiter will:
• Search for qualified Healthcare Marketing Liaison candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Focus on candidates with home health, hospice, healthcare sales, or community liaison experience
• Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates
• Include a short note explaining why each candidate may be a good fit
• Confirm whether candidates understand that the position is 1099, field-based, and performance-driven

• Resume or LinkedIn profile for each candidate
• Candidate location
• Current or most recent role
• Short summary of relevant healthcare marketing/referral experience
• Notes on why the candidate appears to fit the position
Recruiter Qualifications
We prefer a recruiter who has:
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles
• Experience sourcing healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, or sales candidates
• Strong LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing skills
• Excellent written English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
Compensation
This is a part-time, task-based remote recruiting assignment. Compensation may be hourly or fixed per completed shortlist, depending on experience and agreement.
