AI Content Creator — HeyGen Avatars & Viral Scriptwriting (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role: I ---------- (554K followers on Instagram) along with multiple brands across wellness, spirituality, podcasting, and personal development. We're building out an AI-powered content engine using HeyGen to scale our reach, and we need someone who can own this end-to-end — from avatar creation, to viral scriptwriting, to publishing-ready content.

If you've seen accounts ---------- ---------- on Instagram — that's the bar. Soulful, intentional, on-brand AI content that doesn't feel like AI. We want to build something with that level of quality and consistency for multiple brands.

Compensation: $12/hour, starting at 10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into more hours based on performance and output.

What You'll Do:

-Create and refine HeyGen avatars that match our brand aesthetic (spiritual, soulful, personal-development focused)
-Write viral short-form scripts optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
-Develop consistent content series and programs around themes like spirituality, personal growth, mindset, love, connection to God, and Jewish wisdom
-Produce publish-ready videos — script, avatar generation, captions, music, formatting
-Stay on top of viral trends, hooks, and formats and adapt them to our voice
-Manage a content calendar and consistent publishing cadence
-Iterate based on performance data — what's hitting, what's not, what to double down on

Required Skills:
-Hands-on experience with HeyGen (avatar creation, voice cloning, video generation) — please share examples
-Proven scriptwriting ability for short-form viral content (hooks, pacing, payoff)
-Strong understanding of what makes content actually go viral on Instagram and TikTok in 2026
-Familiarity with the wellness, spiritual, or personal development space
-Excellent written English with a soulful, emotionally intelligent voice
-Comfort with rapid iteration and high-volume output
-Reliable internet and ability to overlap a few hours with US Eastern Time

Bonus:
-Experience running or contributing to AI-driven content accounts that grew significantly
-Familiarity with other AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Submagic, CapCut, Opus Clip)
-Background in Jewish spirituality, mindfulness, or related traditions
-Eye for visual aesthetics and short-form editing
