Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (hard copy and digital) for both internal staff and client projects, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, local labor laws).
Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hire onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations within HRIS systems.
Conduct regular audits of HR files and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Assist with full-cycle recruitment coordination for client accounts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all onboarding documentation (I-9, W-4, etc.) is completed accurately and timely.
Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records for payroll processing.
Assist employees and client contacts with benefits enrollment inquiries and serve as a liaison between the firm and benefits providers.
Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and team events
Manage the HR shared inbox, responding to inquiries or routing them to the appropriate specialist.
