LoadLyft Carrier Services is a growing logistics and dispatch company focused on helping small carriers maximize revenue, reduce downtime, and operate efficiently. We specialize in dispatching services, dedicated freight opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with owner-operators across the U.S.
We are building a high-performance remote team to support dispatch operations while also expanding our network of carriers.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Freight Dispatcher & Carrier Acquisition Specialist who can both manage loads for active drivers AND help grow our carrier network.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the U.S. trucking industry, knows how to navigate load boards, negotiate rates, and can also source and onboard owner-operators.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatching & Operations
Source and book loads using platforms like:
DAT Load Board
Truckstop
Sylectus (preferred but not required)
Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profit per load
Plan efficient routes and reloads to minimize deadhead miles
Communicate with drivers daily regarding load details, updates, and issues
Track loads from pickup to delivery
Handle detention, TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used), and layover requests
Maintain accurate load and revenue tracking in CRM or spreadsheets
Carrier Acquisition & Growth
Identify and reach out to owner-operators and small fleets
Use platforms like:

Facebook
groups
Craigslist
Load boards
Carrier directories
Conduct outreach via:
Cold calling
Messaging

Email

Explain LoadLyft services and close carriers on dispatch agreements
Assist with onboarding new carriers (collect documents, set expectations)
Administrative & Support
Maintain organized records of carriers, loads, and contacts
Assist in building SOPs for dispatch and outreach processes
Provide daily updates on:
Loads booked
Revenue generated
New carriers contacted/closed
Qualifications
Required
Experience in U.S. freight dispatching or trucking/logistics
Strong understanding of:
Load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
Rate negotiation
Basic trucking terminology (deadhead, detention, RPM, etc.)
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies
Preferred
Experience sourcing or recruiting owner-operators
Familiarity with hotshot, box truck, or dry van freight
CRM or spreadsheet tracking experience
Sales or cold outreach experience
Key Skills
Strong negotiation skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset
Sales confidence (for carrier acquisition)
Compensation
Base Pay: $4–$8/hour (based on experience)
PLUS performance incentives:
Per load bonus
Carrier sign-on bonus (for each owner-operator onboarded)
Revenue-based commission opportunities
