Experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist (Full-Time | Long-Term)

Job Overview
We are a company operating six (6) active businesses across real estate brokerage, real estate investment, vacation rentals and property management, real estate mortgage, CPA firm (accounting) and taxes preparation industries, and we are looking for an experienced and certified GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to manage and optimize our marketing systems.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who can take ownership of our CRM, automation, and marketing operations across all businesses. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving systems that drive leads, conversions, and customer communication.

Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize GoHighLevel accounts across 6 businesses
* Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, and websites
* Set up and manage automation workflows (email, SMS, pipelines, triggers)
* Organize and manage CRM, pipelines, and lead tracking systems
* Launch and manage marketing campaigns (email, SMS, nurture sequences)
* Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, calendars, etc.)
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GHL
* Improve existing systems for efficiency and scalability
* Provide ongoing recommendations to improve performance and conversions
* Other marketing tasks outside of GHL as assigned


Requirements
* Proven advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
* GHL Certification (preferred or required)**
* Strong understanding of funnels, automation, and CRM systems
* Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts
* Familiar with integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks, etc.)
* Solid understanding of digital marketing (lead generation, nurturing, conversion)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
* Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Nice to Have
* Experience working in-house for a company (not just agencies)
* Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Google Ads workflows
* Copywriting or funnel optimization skills
* Experience with white-label GHL setups
* Prior WordPress website building experience is a plus
