Phone Sales Rep - $100 Per Sale + Recurring Commission - Work From Home

Advanced Marketing is a US-based digital marketing agency looking for experienced phone sales reps to sell our $500 custom website offer to small business owners in the United States. You will work from home, use our dialer and CRM, and follow our proven sales script to close deals.

This is a commission-only role with fast payouts and long-term recurring income. Every website you sell pays you $100 USD immediately. If the client later signs up for our monthly marketing services, you earn an additional 20% recurring commission every month they remain a client.

Top performers earn $1,500 to $2,000+ USD per month within 90 days.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make 150 to 200 outbound phone calls per day to US small businesses
- Follow our proven script to pitch our $500 website offer
- Close sales and fill out a simple onboarding form for the client
- Confirm the client received their welcome email from our team
- Hit daily call volume and weekly sales goals
- Attend team training calls and sales coaching sessions

You will NOT build websites, handle customer support, or manage billing. Your only job is to dial, pitch, and close.

COMPENSATION

- $100 USD per website sold (paid weekly via direct bank transfer)
- 20% recurring commission on any marketing retainer the client signs later
- Marketing retainers average $1,000 to $5,000 USD per month
- Recurring commissions paid every month the client stays active, for as long as you are employed with us
- No cap on earnings

EXAMPLE: If you close 3 websites per day, that is $300 USD per day or approximately $6,000 USD per month in base commission alone. Plus recurring bonuses on top.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent spoken English with neutral or American accent
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales, cold calling, BPO, or appointment setting experience
- Reliable high-speed internet (at least 25 Mbps)
- Quiet home workspace with no background noise
- Computer or laptop capable of running a web-based dialer and CRM
- Quality USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone
- Available to work US business hours (typically 9 PM to 5 AM Philippine time)
- Able to attend a training Zoom call (6 AM Eastern US time / 6 PM Philippine time)
- Willing to complete a 1-hour sales roleplay assessment after training
- Stable electricity and backup power solution preferred
