We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and results-driven E-Commerce Store Manager to help manage and grow multiple online brands.
This role is responsible for keeping the store running smoothly, improving customer experience, managing product pages, coordinating launches, and making sure the website performs at a high level.
You’ll work closely with leadership, creatives, marketing, and customer support teams to execute campaigns, optimize store performance, and drive growth.
We’re looking for someone who understands both the big picture strategy and the small details that increase conversions.
- REQUIREMENTS (Strict - Non-Negotiable) -
Proven experience managing an e-commerce store
Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Experience with product uploads, collections, inventory, and store maintenance
Strong understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
Experience with Replo, Shrine, or similar page builders is highly preferred
Landing Page Builders are welcome to apply
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented and highly proactive
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong English communication skills
Process-driven with a mindset for growth and efficiency
- RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Manage day-to-day store operations across multiple brands
- Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, and merchandising
- Build, edit, and optimize landing pages for campaigns and product launches
- Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly, high-converting, and on-brand
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams for promotions and launches
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
- Improve site experience, navigation, and conversion flow
- Help manage apps, integrations, and store tools
- Troubleshoot store issues and solve them quickly
- Support leadership with growth ideas and execution plans
- Keep operations organized as the company scales
