Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram according to approved messaging, in real time. We are expecting thousands of comments per week.

Attention to detail, excellent English, and excellent communication is a must. Must have past experience with Community Management and social media management. For a test of your attention to detail, what does EST stand for (as in the time zone)? You will need to be active on Skype during work hours, and you must be able to work from 9am to 5pm EST. You must have prior experience and job references for your work.
