The Mission: The Frontline Sentry
You are the frontline of our Zero-Defect Execution. Your job is to take chaotic, unstructured enterprise data (messy PDFs, medical records, commercial leases) and manually ingest, normalize, and format it into pristine, structured datasets. You prevent AI hallucinations before they happen.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

High-Volume Data Normalization: Execute strict SOPs to format raw data into structured schemas (CSV, JSON, specific CRM fields).

Protocol Execution: Follow highly technical "runbooks" without deviation to ensure absolute data uniformity.

Environment Security: Operate exclusively within secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) or VPNs, strictly adhering to our Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) policy.

Quality Assurance: Perform initial self-QA on all data batches before passing them to the L2 layer.

Expected Results & Outcomes:

Maintain a 99%+ Data Formatting Accuracy Rate.

Consistently hit daily throughput and Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times.

Zero compliance or data security breaches.

Required Skills & Mindset:

Insane Attention to Detail: You spot the missing comma, the misaligned column, and the formatting error that others ignore. You thrive on structure, repetition, and flawless execution.

Technical Speed: High-speed data processing, typing proficiency, and mastery of basic spreadsheet logic (Excel/Google Sheets).

Compliance Experience (Highly Preferred): Prior experience operating in highly regulated, secure environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR). You understand the gravity of handling sensitive data.

Strict Hardware & Workspace Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor or equivalent (Apple M1+).

16GB RAM minimum (required to run secure VDI environments smoothly).

Dual monitors.

Highly stable wired internet connection (50mbps+).

Backup power supply (UPS/Generator) and backup internet connection.
