About Us
We're a business coaching company helping personal trainers, nutritionists, and health coaches build profitable online businesses using paid ads and funnel systems. Our brand is growing and our pages need to reflect that — clean, intentional design that builds trust and converts.
What This Role Is
This is a web design role first. You'll design and build pages, funnels, and visual assets for our brand and for our coaching clients. We use GoHighLevel as our primary platform — but we're hiring for design skill, not platform knowledge. If you have a strong design eye and funnel experience in any platform, we can work with that.
We need someone who looks at a page and immediately sees what's off — and knows exactly how to fix it. If your default move is to grab a template and call it done, this isn't the right fit.
Long-term is the goal. My last hire was with me for 8 years.
What You'll Do
Web Design — this is the job

Design high-converting landing pages, sales pages, opt-in pages, and thank-you pages from concept to finished product
Translate our brand guide into every page you touch — fonts, colours, spacing, tone
Design for our brand and build to the same standard across coaching client accounts
Create social media graphics, ad creatives, and visual assets in Canva
Look at existing pages and tell us honestly what's not working and why

GoHighLevel

Build and publish your designs directly in GHL
Set up funnel-connected automations — email sequences, basic triggers, tagging, pipeline steps
Implement webinar flows, order forms, and checkout pages
Clone and customise across client accounts
Maintain and troubleshoot existing builds

You Must Have

A strong portfolio of web pages and funnel designs you've built — this is the first and most important thing we look at
Proven ability to design pages that look intentional, not templated
Canva proficiency
Funnel builder experience in GHL, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar — willingness to learn GHL fast if needed
Fluent written English
Reliable internet and a self-managed work style — you own your tasks without being chased

Bonus Points

Experience supporting a coaching or course-based business
Basic HTML/CSS to push designs further than the platform allows
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) used in your workflow
