I’m a real estate agent in Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch, Florida looking for someone who understands how to turn social media and SEO into actual buyer and seller leads.
This is not a content-only role. I need strategy + execution.
What You’ll Do:
SEO + keyword strategy
Google Business Profile optimization
Social media strategy (IG, FB)
Reels/short-form content with conversion focus
Hyper-local content (neighborhoods, market insights)
Basic YouTube + LinkedIn setup
Goal:
Generate consistent inbound leads and build strong local authority.
