Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Growth Role) | SaaS + Fitness

We’re building a high-performance outbound engine across multiple SaaS and service brands, and we’re looking for someone to grow into a key part of it.

This is not a basic VA role.

You will work directly with the founder to help build targeted lists, launch campaigns, and create outreach that drives real conversations and leads.

If you want to grow into a senior growth or outbound role over time, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Build targeted lead lists using tools like Clay
* Enrich and validate prospect data
* Set up and manage email campaigns in Lemlist or similar tools
* Support LinkedIn outreach (connection messages and follow-ups)
* Write engaging, natural email and LinkedIn messages
* Assist with domain setup and campaign structure
* Track results and help improve performance

What We’re Looking For

* Experience with outbound tools (Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
* Ability to write simple, human, engaging messages
* Strong attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and improve quickly
* Reliable and proactive

Highly Preferred

* Experience working with fitness, gym, or health businesses
* Understanding of SaaS or service-based offers
* Experience working with international clients

How You Work

You should be able to write from scratch and use AI to improve and scale your output.

Compensation
$650 to $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and capability.

We are open to higher compensation for exceptional candidates who can demonstrate strong results.
