JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a talented, solution-oriented Creative Strategist to join our eCommerce and dropshipping team on a part-time basis. The right candidate has solid experience developing high-performing ad creatives for online brands and can demonstrate their impact through previous work. You should be comfortable handling multiple brands and creative formats — from UGC briefs to direct-response video and static ads — and have the mindset to find creative angles fast, even under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative strategy and ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google campaigns across eCommerce brands
- Write detailed, actionable creative briefs covering hook, angle, format, messaging, and CTA for each asset
- Analyze creative performance data (CTR, thumb-stop rate, hook rate, ROAS) to identify winning patterns and iterate on top performers
- Research competitors, ad libraries, and spy tools to spot trends before they peak
- Identify new creative angles by studying customer reviews, forums, UGC content, and product pages
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and media buyers to ensure briefs are executed correctly
- Maintain a structured creative testing framework and document learnings across all brands
- Present weekly creative performance reviews with clear hypotheses for the next testing cycle
- Ensure brief documentation, naming conventions, and creative libraries are properly maintained
- Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining attention to quality and detail

Requirements:

- Proven track record in a performance creative or creative strategy role ideally for eCommerce and dropshipping brands
- Portfolio of creative briefs and concepts with measurable results (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, conversions)
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, copywriting frameworks, and persuasion principles
- Familiarity with UGC, direct-response video, and static ad formats across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Experience using ad research tools — please list the tools you use (e.g. Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Minea, AdSpy, or similar)
- Strong written communication — your briefs are clear, specific, and immediately actionable without further explanation
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and prioritize output based on potential impact
- Ability to take feedback and refine creative direction accordingly
- Solution-oriented mindset — if an angle isn't working, you find a new one fast
- Fast learner who can quickly pick up new brand voices, products, and audiences
- Reliable internet connection and strong communication skills
