3D Facility Layout Modeler (Industrial/Food Production)

We need a 3D modeler for a government-funded feasibility study. You'll work from existing floor plans to build a base 3D model of a food production facility in Perth, WA, place equipment within the space, and create a visual animation showing the production flow through the facility.

What you'll do:
> Build a base 3D model from floor plans (walls, doors, heights, existing structures, staircase, and mezzanine structure)
> Place equipment blocks once supplier CAD/spec files are provided
> Produce 3D renders of the facility layout
> Create a simple visual process flow animation showing how raw materials move through the production line to output, with expected throughput represented visually


What we're looking for (required):
> AutoCAD or similar software
> Floor plan experience
> Ability to produce industrial process/flow animations or visualizations
> Portfolio of relevant work

Nice to have:
> Background in factory or industrial 3D modeling

Timeline: Start ASAP - project duration is 1 to 1.5 months
