C# Developer For Acumatica ERP

We are looking for a C# developer with strong real-world production experience, not someone who has only worked on tutorials or sample applications.

You have shipped C# applications or integrations into live production environments. You understand the realities of business-critical systems: edge cases, changing requirements, integrations that must stay online, and the importance of safe deployments.

Experience with Acumatica ERP in real-world production environments is a strong bonus, but it is NOT a hard requirement. Candidates with deep C# experience and strong API integration backgrounds who are willing to learn Acumatica are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will work directly with the founder to design, build, and maintain Acumatica customizations, integrations, and supporting systems for both internal operations and client environments. You will translate real business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

• Design, build, and ship C# based customizations and integrations for Acumatica ERP

• Develop and maintain Graphs, Graph Extensions, DACs, DAC Extensions, and business workflows within Acumatica (where applicable)

• Build and maintain integrations between Acumatica and external systems using REST APIs and webhooks

• Create dashboards, reports, and operational workflows that support accounting and business operations

• Turn one-off client customizations into reusable templates and internal deployment standards

• Work directly with the founder to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and delivered features

• Maintain safe development practices including sandbox environments, backups, rollback strategies, and controlled access

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain C# based customizations and integrations

• Implement and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks

• Configure and maintain sandbox, demo, and test environments with anonymized data

• Translate business requirements into structured technical implementation plans

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Implement basic security, validation, backup, and rollback procedures

• Collaborate directly with the founder through regular check-ins and reviews

• Identify repeatable patterns and convert them into internal standards and templates

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional software development experience using C#

• Strong real-world experience building and supporting production systems

• Strong experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementations

• Comfortable working with business-critical systems where reliability matters

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High ownership mindset with responsibility for outcomes

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

• Core collaboration hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: 1,880.00 USD (final compensation based on experience)
