Creative Strategist – Static Ads (E-commerce / DTC)

We're looking for a data-driven creative strategist who specializes in producing high-converting static ads for digital businesses and e-commerce brands. This is an independent, self-managed role for someone who can own the static creative pipeline end-to-end.

THE ROLE:
- Produce static ads across all styles — must also be skilled in native-style creatives
- Deliver a batch of new concepts every week + iterations on winners
- All creatives delivered in both 9:16 and 1:1 formats (not native placements)
- Work fully independently — no manager, you run the process

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience creating static image ads for e-commerce
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
   - Static ads (Facebook, Instagram, display)
   - Direct response creatives
   - UGC-style static concepts
   - Native-style static ads
- Experience with DTC / Shopify brands preferred
- Strong understanding of:
   - Ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA)
   - Hooks, angles, and creative testing
   - Consumer psychology and conversion-driven design
- Ability to analyze data and iterate creatives based on performance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-driven and able to work without supervision

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
- Flat monthly payment + Bonus
- Performance fee tied to ad results
