Experienced Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) – SEO Agency | Australian Clients

We are a Melbourne-based SEO agency helping local Australian businesses grow their online presence through search engine optimisation. We work with small to medium businesses across industries like trades, hospitality, healthcare, and professional services.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a confident, professional, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary job is to make outbound cold calls to Australian business owners, introduce our SEO services, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to Australian businesses
• Follow a provided script and handle objections professionally
• Qualify prospects based on our ideal client criteria
• Book appointments into our calendar (we use Google Calendar / GoHighLevel)
• Update and maintain CRM records accurately
• Provide daily call reports and feedback

? REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent preferred)
• Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (minimum 1 year)
• Comfortable calling Australian business owners
• Reliable internet connection and a quality headset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is a PLUS but not required

? WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Base pay: $4–$6 AUD per hour (depending on experience)
• Bonus: $35 AUD per Converted appointment
