Job Descriptions:

Prepare and study documents (i.e., Michinory Chart, Yamazumi Chart, Kaizen viewpoints, etc.) in preparation for the THANKS pre-visit to suppliers.
Conduct THANKS pre-visit activities at suppliers to identify possible process, logistics, and quality improvements in their production lines.
Conduct supplier follow-ups based on the improvement focus identified during the pre-visit activity.
Prepare supplier follow-up documents required for the Intensive Kaizen Activity, focusing on the results of the supplier’s pre-visit improvements.
Conduct Intensive Kaizen activities focusing on agreed improvement ideas with suppliers in their process lines.
Generate opportunities (cost reduction items) during IK visits to suppliers.
Continue follow-up activities with suppliers until improvement ideas are completed and realized.
Prepare the annual budget plan for the THANKS section.
Perform safety duties and responsibilities and comply with all safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
Knowledge of process improvement tools such as Kaizen, Yamazumi Chart, and other Lean methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills for supplier engagement
Ability to conduct process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willing to conduct supplier visits and fieldwork if required
