We’re looking for a skilled, self-directed GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant who can hit the ground running and deliver real results for our clients from day one.

ROLE OVERVIEW
?????????????????????????
• Work on a per-project or ongoing gig basis supporting a growing digital marketing agency
• Build and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts, funnels, automations, and client setups end-to-end
• Design modern, high-converting websites and landing pages inside GHL or as standalone builds
• Implement AI tools including GHL AI Studio for voice agents, chat widgets, and workflow automation
• Handle marketing, SEO strategy, and CRM configuration so clients get a fully operational growth system

GOHIGHLEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and fully configure GHL sub-accounts including branding, pipelines, and user settings
• Create and manage service calendars — appointment types, availability, team scheduling, and round-robin setups
• Design and implement custom fields, custom objects, and contact tags to match each client’s workflow
• Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and review requests
• Set up and test two-way SMS, email, and voicemail drop campaigns within GHL
• Configure CRM pipelines with stages, opportunity tracking, and reporting dashboards
• Manage snapshots, white-label settings, and SaaS sub-account provisioning as needed

MODERN WEBSITE DESIGN

• Design clean, conversion-focused websites using GHL’s website/funnel builder or WordPress
• Build mobile-first layouts with strong visual hierarchy, fast load times, and on-brand aesthetics
• Create compelling landing pages with lead capture forms integrated directly into GHL CRM
• Add AI chat widgets, live chat pop-ups, and contact form automations to all pages
• Ensure all sites are properly structured for SEO from the ground up (headings, schema, meta, speed)
• Deliver polished, professional sites that clients are proud to send traffic to

AI STUDIO & AUTOMATION

• Set up and configure GHL AI Studio tools including AI Chat Widget, AI Voice Agent, and AI Employee features
• Build AI-powered conversation flows for lead qualification, booking, and FAQ handling
• Train AI agents with business-specific knowledge bases, FAQs, and response scripts
• Integrate AI workflows with GHL pipelines so leads flow seamlessly into the CRM
• Test, QA, and optimize AI responses to ensure accuracy and on-brand tone
• Stay current with new GHL AI releases and recommend upgrades to improve client results

MARKETING & SEO

• Conduct keyword research and develop an SEO content strategy aligned with each client’s target market
• Optimize on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, H1–H3 structure, internal linking, and image alt text
• Set up and manage Google Business Profile listings for local SEO visibility
• Build and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns inside GHL to nurture leads and past clients
• Create and deploy lead reactivation campaigns targeting dormant contacts in the CRM
• Set up Google review capture workflows and automate reputation management follow-ups
• Track campaign performance and deliver simple, clear reports to the agency or client
