We’re Hiring: Email Support Agent (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Superstar to join our growing team!

We run over 15 thriving e-commerce brands in the DTC space — and we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, organized, and experienced in providing excellent support through email and Shopify.

If you take pride in crafting thoughtful responses, solving problems quickly, and being part of a fun, supportive team — we’d love to meet you!


What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism.

Handle order tracking, returns, refunds, and product inquiries with a helpful attitude.

Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and fulfillment teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Document all interactions using our CRM/ticketing system and escalate critical issues when needed.

Stay up to date on brand policies, product updates, and FAQs to keep responses accurate.

Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve processes — we love new ideas!

Help out with special projects or campaigns when needed (we move fast, but we have fun doing it!).

What We’re Looking For

Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, tone, and clarity matter!).

Prior customer service experience (Shopify experience is a big plus!).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable — you catch the little things that others might miss.

Available for full-time work and can start immediately.

Comfortable working night shift (our customers are mostly US-based).
