We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with clients using our recruitment services.
You’ll be the main point of contact after the sales process — ensuring clients have a smooth experience, candidates move efficiently through the pipeline, and hires are successfully made.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the recruitment process
-Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal recruiting teams
Ensure smooth coordination of:
-Candidate shortlists
-Interview scheduling
-Feedback collection
-Hiring decisions
-Proactively follow up with clients to keep
-Identify potential issues early and solve them before they become blockers
-Guide clients on best practices (interviews, candidate evaluation, timelines)
-Ensure a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
-Track progress and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Requirements
-Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Recruitment
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients at once
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to push processes forward and keep clients accountable
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Fluent in English
Nice to Have
-Experience in a recruitment agency or talent marketplace
-Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment workflows
-Experience working with remote teams or international clients
